Aunt Carol

Aunt Carol and Uncle Art (along with Aunt Pat and Uncle Ralph) were like two additional sets of parents when Ronda and Ronnie were growing up.  Their life seemed exciting…filled with travel and friends.  When Riann was born…it was like having a little sister.  Uncle Art was an amazing man.  A wonderful photographer that knew how to make you look and feel beautiful.  A favorite picture of Ronda’s is the lonely tree at sunset.
Uncle Art was taken from us too early.  His passing taught us how important family and love are.  How very important it is to openly cherish those around you.  We learned just how quickly  the troops can rally in a time of need.
Aunt Carol’s strength  has proven to be an inspiration to us, as has her increasing  circle and her desire to lead a full and active life.
Two years after Uncle Art’s death, Uncle Jack’s wife (Aunt Patty) died.  Over the past year or two, Aunt Carol and Uncle Jack have grown closer.  Together, they have been a motivational support to Ron and Chyrol during Ron’s illness.
A little over a year ago, Aunt Carol  became a Granny.  Art would be proud of Jacob.  Beautiful and strong.  Oppiniated and loving.  He is inquisitive and loyal to his Mom…but boy does Granny spoil him!
